My personal trainer is a machine.
He had me doing weights for 45 MINUETS. I cannot feel my arms. It got to the point where I was shaking trying to lift the weights and he was all “20 REPS. COME ONNNN.”
Then we were talking about food and I was saying how much pasta I eat and he was like “Well, me and Adrian (the other personal trainer) buy a pizza BETWEEN US every MONTH and then it’s still LOW CARB”...
I have to get dressed soon… I really don’t wanna. I’m forcing myself to go to the gym but I have a personal programmer today and I just wanted to take it east ‘cause a piece of my bed fell on me when I was making it last night. Wahh :(
